Michael Yo Comedy Merchandise Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Michael Yo Comedy, we want you to be happy with your merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth resolution.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items, as well as digital downloads, are non-returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or items marked "final sale"

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at barrett@matter.is with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at barrett@matter.is within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage/defect along with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
